Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with expertise in gaming and blockchain who can design user-centric interfaces and intuitive experiences for our innovative platform. If you are passionate about blending gaming with blockchain and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!


The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to think creatively to solve complex design problems. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback to ensure the best possible user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Create intuitive, player-friendly user interfaces for gaming and blockchain-related features, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand player behavior, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

Translate complex blockchain systems (e.g., tokenomics, NFTs, wallets) into visually appealing and easily understandable interfaces.

Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for features such as marketplaces, dashboards, game menus, and onboarding flows.

Work closely with game designers and developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, game designers, blockchain developers, and marketing, to ensure design aligns with business goals.

Advocate for design best practices and user-centric approaches across the organization.

Design UI/UX for key features such as NFT marketplaces, wallet integrations, land management tools, and creator platforms.

Ensure that Web3 functionalities (e.g., transactions, token swaps) are seamlessly integrated without compromising the gaming experience.

Craft visually compelling designs that align with Seedworld’s aesthetic and brand identity.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

Analyze performance metrics and player feedback to iteratively improve UI/UX designs.

Stay updated on the latest gaming and blockchain trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.


Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on gaming and/or blockchain applications.

Proven track record of designing for complex systems, such as multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms.

Familiarity with Google's Material Design guidelines and responsive design principles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Skills:

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.

Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, and smart contracts.

Solid understanding of game design and player psychology in online multiplayer or UGC-focused games.


Collaboration:

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple products simultaneously.

Portfolio showcasing previous design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.


Location:

100% remote

Timezone: flexible, but working hours must be in the range between 9AM and 10PM (UTC time).
