Must-have Skills- Design end-to-end user experiences with clarity and craft
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design frameworks
- Partner with product, content, research, and engineering
- Bring systems thinking to everything you touch
- Shape and contribute to design systems and shared patterns
- Advocate for the user while balancing real-world constraints
- 5+ years in UX, product design, or interaction design
- A strong portfolio showing user-centered, structured thinking
- UXA-style skills: mapping journeys, structuring flows, defining patterns
- Great communicator who can explain the “why” behind the design
- Fluent in Figma (or similar), with a sharp eye for detail
- Collaborative mindset with a sense of humor and curiosity
Design system experience
Familiarity with accessibility best practices
- Background in research, content strategy, or service design
