  • Validate designs through usability testing and iterative feedback

  • Define, measure and report on UX quality using appropriate metrics

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver solutions, contribute ideas and influence product direction

  • Facilitate workshops and design reviews, communicate design rationale clearly, and contribute to the design system and peer feedback culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in UX, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human Factors or a related field (Master’s a plus)

  • Solid experience in hands-on UX design (not purely visual/graphic design), ideally 4+ years

  • A user-centred mindset with experience in iterative design, research and usability testing

  • Experience designing complex products with multiple user groups

  • Background in desktop software design (mobile experience is a bonus)

  • Proficiency in Figma and familiar collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, FigJam)

  • A collaborative communicator who can work independently, manage priorities and respond positively to feedback

What You’ll Get:
In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care. In addition to this, Elekta offers a range of benefits.
