Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join our ever-evolving ServiceNow Platform team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own as the ServiceNow Tester
- Quality Gatekeeping: Validate that stories meet the “Definition of Ready” before test creation and execution. Ensure all releases meet quality benchmarks before deployment.
- Test Case Design and Maintenance: Author and peer-review high quality test cases in Test Management 2.0, ensuring traceability to requirements, edge-case coverage, and reusability within master test sets.
- Automation Collaboration: Partner with testing team to identify candidates for automation within the Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow and maintain synchronization between manual and automated test assets (where applicable).
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Log, triage, and retest defects with clear reproduction steps, ability to identify root cause, and evidence.
- UAT Enablement: Prepare test execution suites within ServiceNow to support business testers.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements, identify testing bottlenecks, and contribute to regression suite optimization.
- Cross-Team Partnership: Collaborate daily with developers, product owners, scrum masters, and QA leadership to ensure sprint deliverables align with business outcomes.
How you’ll own it
- 3 – 5 Years ServiceNow QA Experience: Deep understanding of multiple modules (ITSM, IRM, and others)
- Strong Test Management 2.0 (or similar) Expertise: Ability to create test plans, test suites, and execution cycles.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology: Skilled at working in 2-week cadences, estimating test effort, and updating progress.
- ATF Knowledge: Familiarity with designing, executing, and maintaining test scripts within ATF. JavaScript experience and familiarity with creating custom step configurations within ATF preferred.
- Defect Analysis Skills: Expertise in defect management, with comfort using tracking tools. (JIRA or similar)
- Technical Curiosity: Understanding of data tables, relationships, and basic scripting awareness to validate back-end configurations.
- Documentation Discipline: Ability to create reproducible, audit-ready evidence of testing activities aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Mindset of an Owner: Detail-oriented, process-minded, proactive, and passionate about improving quality maturity through collaboration and measurable outcomes.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator, ISTQB, or Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, etc.) are a plus.
