MANDYNAMIC is looking for a Site HSE Supervisor on behalf of Metlen Energy & Metals to join the Thermal Power & HVDC division for the construction of a high-voltage substation based in Georgia.
- Overall responsibility for the construction execution of three HV Substation projects from site mobilization through mechanical completion and handover.
- Ensure construction activities are executed in line with approved schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, HSE, Quality, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Supervision of Site Managers across all project sites.
- Enforce strict HSE compliance and company standards across all sites.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of HSE construction experience.
- Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
