  • Troubleshoot issues across data pipelines and production systems; support capacity planning and analyze system and data workflow performance.
  • Provide data engineering expertise to engineering teams and work cross-functionally with developers and analysts on designing, releasing, and troubleshooting production systems.
  • Own team projects and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role, including programming

  • Experience with Apache Spark or similar distributed data processing frameworks
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Scala)
  • Excellent written English proficiency
  • Legally authorized to work in Greece
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Production experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with centralized monitoring and logging systems
  • Experience with streaming systems (Kafka or Spark Streaming)
