About ContactPigeon

ContactPigeon is an AI-powered customer engagement platform built for retail and ecommerce businesses. We help brands bring customer data, intelligence, and omnichannel activation together to create more personalized experiences across key communication channels. As we continue to grow internationally, we’re looking for ambitious people who are excited to help shape how our brand shows up in the B2B SaaS market.

The Role

We’re looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Social Media & Community Manager to grow ContactPigeon’s social presence and build meaningful relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and relevant industry communities.

This role is ideal for someone who brings ideas, takes ownership, and moves quickly without needing a detailed brief for every task. You’ll turn our expertise, customer stories, product developments, and industry insights into engaging content and genuine conversations.

You’ll also help us identify and participate in relevant communities across platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit—contributing value, learning from our audience, and building trust without sounding overly promotional.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage our social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
  • Create posts, carousels, videos, polls, customer stories, and thought-leadership content, repurposing blogs, reports, webinars, product releases, and case studies for social channels
  • Produce simple social visuals, templates, graphics, and lightweight video content
  • Develop initiatives that encourage customer participation, discussion, and advocacy
  • Track performance, spot opportunities, and continuously improve our approach
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, customer success, and leadership

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • At least 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience
  • Experience managing social channels for a B2B, SaaS, technology, or professional services company
  • Excellent ability to simplify complex topics
  • Strong organizational skills and a consistent approach to execution
  • Curiosity about SaaS, AI, martech, retail, and ecommerce
  • Prior experience building offline communities will be a plus
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
  • Can take a broad goal, create a plan, and carry it through
  • Enjoy testing new topics, formats, channels, and engagement tactics
  • Have a strong creative eye and care about how content is visually presented
  • Know how to participate and grow engagements in online communities
  • Balance creativity with commercial awareness
  • Are comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Bring energy, ideas, and solutions to the team

BenefitsWhat We Offer
  • The opportunity to shape the social and community strategy of a growing B2B SaaS company
  • A high level of ownership and the freedom to bring ideas to life
  • Direct involvement in product launches, campaigns, and company initiatives
  • A collaborative team that values initiative, experimentation, and smart execution
  • Competitive salary and benefits (fully equipped kitchen, snacks, health plans, massages…)
