Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for a creative, communicative and collaborative individual to join our global business as Social Media and Community Executive.
Reporting directly into the Brand & Content Marketing Lead, and working closely with the Head of Brand & Content, Senior Brand Designer and the Growth tribe, you will be responsible for the delivery of Fresha's social media strategy across existing and new channels, as well as community engagement.
We're looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, excellent prioritisation skills, and the ability to create and adapt content for social media channels effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of managing social media channels, operational excellence and using analytics to drive results. Their expertise should include strong knowledge of best practices for organic social media across key platforms, and reporting on organic activity in a simple and insightful way.

What you will be doing
- Production: Ensuring smooth production of key marketing assets across multiple channels including made-for-social videos and audio output. This will include assisting shoots, liaising with third party stakeholders, and managing project documents.
- Social Media: Developing organic social media content through content production and sourcing. Maintaining a content calendar that accounts for seasonal moments, awareness dates and proactively engaging in viral trends/topics.
- Marketing research: Maintaining a strong view of the market, our competition, and delivering critical updates to leadership on our brand position.
- External comms management: Assisting in outgoing comms and crafting content briefs with influencers/agents for our brand ambassador program. This may also include liaising with Fresha partners for other marketing material (PR, trade media etc.)
- Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure we are reporting on our content marketing performance monthly.
- Project management: Organising project notes and documents into our existing system, updating notes on our key stakeholder relationships (influencers, Fresha partners, agencies and others).

- Experience with Figma, design teams, and managing agencies.
- Basic video editing and graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Instagram/TikTok Video Editor).
- Experience with project management and file storing systems (Asana, Notion, Google Drive).
- Experience with digital PR and written content.
- Experience with other tech brands and early stage businesses.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 1-2 years of in a content marketing, brand executive, marketing executive or equivalent role.
- Proficient project manager with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure stakeholders meet deadlines.
- Experience managing media schedules and ensuring consistent delivery of assets.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- An understanding of the importance of data and reporting.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively both within their team and across departments.

Interview process
- Screen stage: Video-call with a member from the Talent Team - 30 mins
- 1st stage: Video-call with (Social Media and Influence Manager) - 30 mins
- Final stage: In-person presentation with (Social Media and Influence Manager & Head of Marketing) 1.5 hr
