What you'll do
Build & Innovate
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, AWS services, and GitHub Actions.
- Connect systems through APIs and apply AI/LLM intelligence to automate business processes, content generation, and product operations.
Collaborate & Partner
- Work with Product Operations and Product Education teams to identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Share best practices, train stakeholders, and enable teams to leverage automation independently.
Optimize & Scale
- Administer and optimize the automation environment for performance, reliability, cost, and governance.
- Monitor workflow performance, proactively troubleshoot, and iterate for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Must-have
- 3-5 years in software engineering role.
- Experience designing and building serverless automation pipelines, ideally on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and REST/Graph integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in business process automation, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with an automation platform: Microsoft 365 or Power Platform or N8N, etc.
- Experience with packaging, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to apply AI/LLM capabilities.
