Job Description
At Nexthink, we are reimagining how Product Operations and Product Education scale their impact. We are seeking a Software Engineer in the Product Operation team to design and deliver smart automation solutions that simplify business processes, remove manual effort, and help our teams bring value to customers faster.
In this role, you will combine engineering, workflow automation, and AI innovation, leveraging tools such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AWS, GitHub Actions, and LLMs to build the next generation of intelligent workflows.

What you'll do
Build & Innovate
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, AWS services, and GitHub Actions.
  • Connect systems through APIs and apply AI/LLM intelligence to automate business processes, content generation, and product operations.

Collaborate & Partner
  • Work with Product Operations and Product Education teams to identify high-value automation opportunities.
  • Share best practices, train stakeholders, and enable teams to leverage automation independently.

Optimize & Scale
  • Administer and optimize the automation environment for performance, reliability, cost, and governance.
  • Monitor workflow performance, proactively troubleshoot, and iterate for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
Must-have
  • 3-5 years in software engineering role.
  • Experience designing and building serverless automation pipelines, ideally on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and REST/Graph integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have
  • Experience in business process automation, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with an automation platform: Microsoft 365 or Power Platform or N8N, etc.
  • Experience with packaging, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to apply AI/LLM capabilities.
