What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of engineers responsible for the development and operation of Canoe Labs and Data Products offerings.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and inclusivity, promoting professional growth and development.
- Evangelize AI coding practices across the Product & Engineering organization.
- Drive the hiring process to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical projects.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with development of SASS data products
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams and managing ICs.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying LLMs to achieve breakthrough improvements in development speed and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguous or missing information and adapt quickly in a startup-like environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for getting involved in both technical details and high-level strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Event-driven, domain-based, microservices architectures using Kafka
- Implementation of robust, scalable applications using a modern MVC framework like PHP/Laravel or Ruby on Rails
