Job Description
This role is primarily remote/hybrid with travel to customer sites.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading testing activities across Factory, Staging, and Production environments, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Establishing and managing test plans in collaboration with customers and deployment teams.
- Documenting test progress, creating test exit reports, and reviewing outcomes with customers.
- Managing and investigating test defects, ensuring accurate information is available to technical teams for resolution.
- Creating acceptance criteria and test cases based on requirements documentation.
- Supporting customers during key events, such as go-live, software upgrades, and system outages.
- Assisting service management teams in resolving software defects in live service.
Basic Requirements
- A formal qualification (Degree) in Computing Science or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in testing and deploying large, complex software solutions for Fire agencies.
- Strong understanding of software testing processes, including fault analysis and resolution.
- Familiarity with mobile product deployments including MDT solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to create and implement test plans, manage test events, and document results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, operational language.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and multiple customers.
