AI Enablement and Digital Transformation
- Support the PROX Lead in accomplishing global initiatives that enable the use of AI, automation, and digital tools to improve GPSS service delivery and user experience.
- Identify people-services use cases suitable for AI enablement, automation, and self-service, based on demand patterns and operational difficulties.
- Support pilots, UAT, and rollout of AI-enabled and digitally improved solutions, including documentation and adoption support.
- Assist with change activities such as communications, knowledge updates, and user mentorship.
Efficiency Improvement & Process Optimization
- Support efficiency initiatives aimed at reducing manual effort, cycle time, and repeat inquiries.
- Analyze workflows and service processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Track and report efficiency improvements through dashboards, trackers, and post-implementation reviews.
- Contribute ideas that advance PROX's continuous improvement and efficiency agenda.
Project Coordination & Initiative Execution
- Support the PROX Lead with end-to-end delivery by managing daily activities for global projects and initiatives including planning, tracking achievements, handling documentation, and providing status reports.
- Prepare project documentation such as presentations, case inputs, trackers, and post-implementation reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR COEs, GPSS leaders, technology teams, and vendors to advance digital, automation, and self-service initiatives.
People Services & Operations
- Serve as a key member of the Centralized People Helpdesk (CPH), managing inquiries through ServiceNow and other service channels.
- Provide accurate, consistent advisory support by interpreting inquiries and applying policies and guidelines.
- Build and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and FAQs to improve first-contact resolution and service consistency.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR operations or shared services, with confidence in providing professional advisory support.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital enablement, with the ability to assist in the practical use of tools to boost efficiency and experience.
- Ability to understand and support AI-enabled workflows and data-driven solutions (execution and adoption focus).
- Analytical approach with strong attention to data quality, structure, and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, trackers, and operational reports.
- Strong coordination and execution skills; able to manage multiple initiatives.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across regions, functions, and cultures.
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as this role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
