Medical Staff Talent is recruiting a bilingual Registered Nurse to oversee the 1:1 healthcare management of an 80-year-old VIP client. This sophisticated clinical operation takes place on a premier private yacht cruising a luxury Mediterranean itinerary through the Côte d’Azur, Ibiza, Greece, Monaco, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.

Patient safety is anchored by a structured double-nurse shift protocol, guaranteeing that two nurses are always active on duty together so you never make critical decisions alone.

Responsibilities include comprehensive chronic condition monitoring, detailed medication administration, and seamless medical coordination. You will work under the direct clinical guidance of a Western Trained Lead Doctor and alongside expert Western Trained Physiotherapists.


Requirements
  • Credentials: Must hold a Western-accredited 4-year BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of active, recent practice within emergency rooms, intensive care units, or equivalent high-acuity hospital wards.

  • Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory.

  • Travel Readiness: Total availability to adapt to global maritime travel schedules.
