  • Process Analytics - Prepare teams in their Digital Transformation journey. Identify areas for improvement using data –driven process discovery 
  • Process Data Analytics - Define process-aligned metrics and targets that drives value to the customers using statistical sound process. Manage performance using target process data analysis and visualization. Provides an effective way to pilot new ideas with lower cost and less risk. Develop, test and mature strategies for new solutions.
  • Continuous Process Improvement - Continuously deliver year-on-year improvements through better and simpler ways of doing things. Reduce variation, reduce complexity, and drive process transformation. Set meaningful targets, gain insights into industry trends, and drive sustainable performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Must have at least 3 years work experience Process Mapping & Analysis
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement
  • Strong business process and workflow analytical skills
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops and focus group discussions
  • Knowledge in developing business/process requirements
  • Extensive experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
  • Must have knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified - preferred
  • MS Office Tools Skills
    • Excel - Basic
    • PowerPoint – Basic
    • SharePoint – Basic
    • Word – Basic

** Internal candidates have to be in a P1/P2/B4 role for a minimum of 12 months to be eligible to apply for this position.

What is expected of you and others at this level

The Process Analyst is responsible for responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas through the following areas:

  • Process Mining (Process Variance Analysis) -Identify variations, process complexity, training gaps vs. actual process
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Process Documentation – Process Document and Process Maps creation that supports the Robotic Process Automation projects
    • Process Simulation
  • Support end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various processes
  • Support operations in data-driven decision making through Root Cause Analysis
  • Conduct Process Assessment & Documentation to identify process automation opportunities
  • Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
  • Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Identify process issues and risks
  • Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks
