As we continue expanding across EMEA, we’re looking for a marketing leader who wants to help customers unlock that potential, drive meaningful growth, and take how Cribl shows up in Northern Europe to the next level.

In this high-impact role you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partner with sales and channel leadership to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for your markets, and design and execute regional marketing plans that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen our customer and partner community.


As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Lead and execute regional go-to-market programs that align with sales and channel objectives, driving measurable pipeline growth and brand awareness across Northern Europe.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact field activities — from executive dinners and workshops to major tradeshows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with channel and alliance partners to develop joint campaigns andevents that amplify mutual value and accelerate pipeline.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance across campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations to continuously refine regional effectiveness.
  • Grow and engage our customer community, leading initiatives such as user groups, advisory boards, and advocacy programs.
  • Partner with global marketing functions (digital, comms, brand) to localize programs and ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Manage regional budgets and MDF with rigor, accountability, and creativity.
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.


If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 5+ years’ experience in field and channel marketing within high-growth B2B 
  • SaaS, ideally in the cybersecurity or observability space.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated regional marketing programs that deliver results across new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer’s journey — from awareness through advocacy — and how to influence it through events, partners, and campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, SDR, channel, and corporate teams; you operate as a trusted business partner.
  • Analytical and outcome-driven, with a passion for measurement, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing strategic thinking with roll-up-your-sleeves execution.
