Position Summary 

The Senior Finance Analyst will support the Global Costing team, with a primary focus on standard costing and manufacturing cost analysis. The role is responsible for executing the quarterly standard costing cycle, maintaining costing data in SAP and Impact3C, and providing insights on COGS, inventory valuation, cost variances, profitability, and cost reduction initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute and support the quarterly standard costing cycle. 

  • Maintain and enhance SAP, Impact3C, and other costing systems. 

  • Perform product costing, profitability, and cost reduction analysis. 

  • Analyze cost variances and identify key cost drivers. 

  • Support COGS reporting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost forecasting. 

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams to provide costing insights. 

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements. 

  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and accounting policies. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • 4+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or FP&A. 

  • Strong experience in:  

  • Standard Costing 

  • Manufacturing Cost Analysis 

  • COGS Reporting 

  • Cost Variance Analysis 

  • Experience with SAP, Impact3C, or similar ERP/manufacturing costing systems. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency. 

  • CPA/CMA, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Python, or automation experience is a plus.
