As a Sr. Growth Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and fostering meaningful partnerships primarily within the DACH region. Your mission is to unlock growth opportunities, champion customer success, and establish long-term collaborations with our valued clients. By leading and inspiring a cross-functional team of solution engineers, business development reps, and customer success managers, you’ll craft innovative strategies, maximize efficiencies, and deliver winning outcomes that propel our customers—and our business—forward.

Who you're committed to being:

  • Effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals.

  • Identify and understand the customer’s strategy and the related capability and skills requirements.

  • Help educate customers on the value of Pluralsight throughout the adoption cycle through jointly developed and agreed success criteria and provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns.

What you'll do:

  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close with primarily DACH business customers focusing on business development, heavy prospecting, building pipeline, pipeline management, developing mutual buying plans, and forecasting business.

  • Develop and set a strategy aligned to the goals set that enables Pluralsight's growth within existing businesses and building new business opportunities.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Preferable experience selling in a SaaS organization, ideally with multi-year SaaS contracts into the C-Suite.

  • Effectively and accurately forecast, maintain a high standard of Salesforce hygiene, continuously identify new growth opportunities and meet weekly pipeline generation goals, while collaborating effectively with business partners to ensure customer growth and retention.

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience.

  • Excellent German verbal, written and presentation skills with customers and within Pluralsight is required.

  • The ability to travel, while not required, is encouraged.

Travel requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required, depending on the role and team member location.
