WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Administrator to join our team. As a HubSpot Administrator, you will be responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of our HubSpot system. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our HubSpot implementation aligns with our organizational needs and supports our marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Client Solitions, Client Experience, and Marketing to identify system requirements and configure HubSpot accordingly.
- Implement and configure HubSpot to support our marketing, sales, and customer service objectives.
- Customize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes to drive efficient and effective lead management.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Stay up to date with new HubSpot features and updates, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
- Train and educate team members on how to effectively use HubSpot, including best practices and functionality.
- Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for HubSpot administration.
- Monitor data integrity within HubSpot and implement strategies to maintain accurate and clean data.
- Continuously analyze and optimize HubSpot processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to HubSpot usage and functionality.

YOU HAVE…
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HubSpot administration or a similar CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's features, functionality, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales processes.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate data and produce quality reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, etc.) are a plus.
- The aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, processes, and applications.
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and always looking to improve professionally
