A leader in sustainability, Logitech designs software-enabled hardware solutions in pursuit of our mission to extend human potential in work and play. Our Creative & Design team delivers award-winning design and creative excellence.

The Creative Director role, reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Creative, is a strategically-minded creative powerhouse responsible for leading our EU-based creative team, helping us to build one iconic brand through dedication to a core business group. You will elevate our conceptual and aesthetic output, pushing for greater originality, brand differentiation, and cultural resonance.. This role leads the charge in all advertising, creative and content initiatives for Logitech personal work space, and collaborates exceptionally to deliver compelling experiences that are distinctly Logitech.

In this role you will:

  • Shape creative vision: Bring our new Logitech brand strategy to life in a consistent, compelling and consumer-first manner, working across different business units and teams. Integrate this vision across marketing, branding, and product initiatives.

  • Drive brand consistency: Establish and maintain brand consistency within business groups and within Logitech, across all global platforms, ensuring a unified and compelling consumer experience.

  • Be hands on: Conceive and design integrated ecosystems for our most important global brand and product campaign work.

  • Mentor and lead: Educating, inspire and mentor a small team of creatives.

  • Manage key decisions: Lead highly visible and complex projects, from upper funnel campaigns to evergreen guidelines, that have impact across the business, responsible for ideation, production and global scale/delivery.

  • Cultivate relationships: Be a trusted partner for cross-functional partners in bringing iconic, exciting campaigns and creative to life, including marketing teams, corporate communications, logitech.com teams.

  • Put the consumer first: Develop a deep understanding of consumer’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong, relevant and strategic ideas and concepts.

  • Stay on top of what’s next: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights. Encourage innovation and AI workflows within the team, and champion culture-breaking creative.

Key Qualifications:

To be considered for this position you demonstrate:

  • 15+ years experience and a standout portfolio of original, strategically grounded, big idea driven, award-winning advertising and brand engagement work for B2C. B2B experience a plus.

  • 5+ years managing high-performing creative teams.

  • A diverse portfolio of creative expression representing a high degree of craft in broadcast/video, social, photography, digital and non-traditional advertising activations

  • A deep understanding of what it takes to deliver world-class creative, from resourcing to creative development in a data-first model, aligning to company-level strategy and objectives.

  • Excellence in creative and marketing leadership brand-side, with the ability to inspire, educate and clearly articulate creative strategy, narrative, and ideas.

  • Deep production and post-production experience across video, CG, photography, print, digital.

  • A collaborative, flexible and patient leader, team and consensus builder, with attuned relationship development and conflict resolution skills.

  • A pop, design, and ad culture junkie with a passion for innovative brand advertising.

  • A restless drive to create truly outstanding, culturally resonant work.

  • A steady demeanor, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to articulate and receive feedback in ways that can strengthen the brand and creative work, and influence colleagues, partners and stakeholders - without ego.
