Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides commercial expertise on product line and business plan to inform strategy and decision making within sales campaign activity.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and makes recommendations to improve products, processes, services and pricing strategy. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making and recommend solutions to enhance commercial offerings to achieve desired win rate.
- Lead efforts to develop creative solutions to address complex issues and customer requirements.
- Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses internal and external resources to help arrive at recommendations and decisions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to efficiently progress on deal activity and influence/drive campaign closure in partnership with sales team.
- Lead cross functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally to adopt a different point of view.
- Develop customer engagement strategy for assigned region(s) in coordination with Product Marketing, Sales and Boeing.
- Understand and improve value sell and be able to effectively communicate to customers.
- Support customer negotiations, ensuring contractual terms mitigate financial and execution risks for the Product Line.
- Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Biz Ops function and coordination with other functions to execute on Product Line priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer facing roles, contract negotiations, Product Management, or Services.

- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
