This role is central to the efficiency and precision of our go-to-market engine. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Channel Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure data integrity, quoting accuracy, forecasting rigor, and operational excellence across the region.

You will act as the primary operational point-of-contact for Deal Desk, forecasting support, pipeline inspection, and territory management in EMEA -ensuring deals are structured correctly, systems are maintained, and sellers have what they need to be successful. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ tools, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, brings analytical rigor, and operates with exceptional attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
  • Own day-to-day Deal Desk operations for EMEA including quotes, pricing validation, discount routing, terms review, and order-form accuracy.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline inspection with regional sales leadership- ensuring stage hygiene, forecast roll-ups, upside/commit clarity, and path-to-plan alignment.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows, data structures, price books, territory models, and routing rules.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo-including deduplication, enrichment, and lifecycle governance.
  • Manage supplier/vendor registration and compliance documentation in partnership with Channel and Sales.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and build insights that improve forecasting accuracy, deal velocity, and win rates across the region.
  • Partner with RevOps leadership to deploy new GTM tools, CPQ improvements, forecasting modules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop scalable documentation, playbooks, and training materials to ensure process consistency across markets.
  • Act as a trusted partner to EMEA Sales Leaders- balancing speed, accuracy, and operational integrity.
Who You Are
  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Commercial Operations supporting quota-carrying teams.
  • Deep experience working with Salesforce (configuration, workflows, reporting) and CPQ tools for quoting.
  • Comfortable supporting forecasting, pipeline health reviews, and business cadence with sales leadership.
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommended actions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Salesforce Certification preferred (not required).
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and GTM leadership to influence how the region grows.
  • Play a critical role in improving revenue predictability and execution discipline.
  • Join a collaborative, high-performance RevOps organization where contributions are visible and valued.
  • Opportunity for career advancement as the organization scales globally.
