About the Role:
We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our high-performing recruiting team with a primary focus on uncovering exceptional Go-to-Market (GTM) and Technical talent across the region. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates for roles in Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, and Marketing—with a strong emphasis on candidates who bring Cybersecurity and/or SaaS experience.
You’ll play a critical role in building talent pipelines for high-impact roles, bringing a creative, data-driven, and highly proactive approach to sourcing. What You’ll Do:
Sourcing candidates directly via headhunting, advertising, referrals and search
Ability to directly source hard-to-find candidates utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, career sites, internal and external networks
Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high quality CV’s
Advise/coach line managers on recruitment policies & procedures
Ability to compose compelling email campaigns provide highlights to attract passive talent
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS (workday).
Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with your assigned Recruiters and team to receive feedback on submittals.
Attend intakes with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand assignments and profiles.
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in direct sourcing, ideally within sales and Technical
Specific experience of recruiting within cloud based organisations
Experience in direct hiring methods such as headhunting, search, advertising, database search and referral campaigns
Experience supporting more than one recruiter/function
An understanding of the different attraction methods and how and when to use them
Ability to manage multiple vacancies at one time working to tight timelines and quality measures
Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads
Excellent fluency in English is a must have as, from time to time you will be required to work across the APJ region
Excellent customer facing and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships face to face and over the phone
Strong organisational skill to track candidate activity to provide clear updates.
Ability to create Boolean Search Strings
Detail oriented and organized, proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong written and verbal communication and ability to craft an attention-grabbing but concise message to attract passive candidates.
Bonus Points:
Cyber Security industry experience
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) – Workday is ideal
Experience working within a software vendor and/or technology business
