Job Title: Strategic Accounts Manager – EMEA Region (m/f/d)

Location: UK-remote

The Mission: Accelerate Trimble's Footprint Across EMEA

Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional ready to own the growth trajectory for a leading technology firm across a critical, diverse EMEA market? This is not a transactional sales role; it is a strategic business development position focused on long-term partnership cultivation, complex account penetration, and orchestrating cross-organizational collaboration to deliver massive customer value.

Reporting to the Strategic Accounts and Alliances Director, you will be instrumental in executing the initiatives that transition strategic ideas into scalable commercial successes, directly impacting our revenue growth and market leadership. You will be the engine driving alignment between Trimble and its most vital distribution partners and key accounts.

Key Focus Areas: High-Impact Business Development

1. Strategic Account Penetration & Value Creation

  • Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a defined portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, driving deep engagement that extends beyond sales cycles and focuses on long-term technological partnership.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new strategic opportunities that leverage Trimble's portfolio across the EMEA region, focusing on innovative solutions that deliver the "faster, safer, cheaper" value proposition.

  • Pipeline Generation: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of complex deals, translating deep customer insights, often gathered through focused technology workshops, into compelling, executive-level business cases for major projects.

2. Cross-Organizational Cooperation & Alignment (The Integrator Role)

  • Orchestrate Success: Act as the critical link between our external distribution network and our internal engineering and delivery teams. Your mission is to synchronize efforts, ensuring a single, seamless, and high-quality customer experience across the EMEA territory.

  • Framework Implementation: Drive the adoption of strategic engagement frameworks—similar to the processes used for major industry projects—to ensure distributors and internal teams collaborate from the project's inception, reducing risk and accelerating time-to-value for the customer.

  • Voice of the Customer: Channel high-value feedback back into the organization, influencing product strategy and ensuring our offerings maintain a competitive edge across Europe.

3. Regional Commercial Leadership

  • Growth Accelerator: Be a driver for regional revenue growth, mastering market dynamics and competitive pressures to consistently exceed targets and expand market share.

  • Mentorship & Influence: Leverage your expertise to informally guide and influence peers across different functions and regions, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth-minded execution across the continent.

What You Should Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in strategic account management or business development, with a proven history of managing complex technology sales and driving significant revenue growth in the UK and European market.

  • Mindset: Highly agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and possess a strong growth-minded desire for continuous professional development.

  • Impact: A track record of successful cross-functional cooperation and the ability to rally diverse teams—internal and external—toward a unified commercial objective.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong asset.
