AssessFirst is entering an exciting new phase of international growth, and we’re looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to help expand and develop our enterprise customer base across the UK and international markets.

This isn’t traditional account management. You’ll become a trusted strategic advisor to some of the world’s leading organisations, helping them transform how they hire and develop talent whilst driving long-term commercial growth.

The Opportunity

You’ll own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, responsible for protecting and growing recurring revenue whilst building executive relationships that position AssessFirst as a long-term strategic partner.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Leadership to maximise customer value, advocacy and commercial growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers.

  • Develop strategic account plans and drive Net Revenue Retention.

  • Build relationships with senior HR and business leaders.

  • Lead Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews.

  • Identify expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Negotiate renewals and multi-year partnerships.

  • Partner with Customer Success to maximise customer outcomes.

  • Work with Marketing to create customer advocacy, case studies and thought leadership.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has :

  • Experience managing and growing Enterprise SaaS accounts.

  • A strong track record of renewal, retention and expansion.

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers.

  • Strategic commercial thinking and excellent account planning skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product and Marketing.

  • Strong CRM and forecasting discipline.

  • UK-based with the right to work.
