We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to join our sales team at ABBYY. This is a hybrid role with a 50/50 split between managing large existing enterprise accounts and hunting for new business. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, a passion for automation technologies, and a track record of closing enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales within a designated portfolio of Enterprise Existing & New Logo Accounts.
  • Grow New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by generating leads and closing new business.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within assigned accounts, working to increase penetration and customer lifetime value.
  • Build and cultivate C-level relationships, aligning ABBYY’s solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from strategic selling and negotiation to deal closure and account management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Accounts, Opportunities, Orders, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Presales and Training teams to deliver product demonstrations and training for prospects and clients.
  • Continuously improve through product training, professional development, and team collaboration.
  • Provide forecasting, revenue performance updates, and strategic insights in sales meetings.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software and SaaS sales experience, preferably in automation technologies (Intelligent Document Processing, RPA, Business Process Automation, or Process Mining is a plus).
  • Proven hunter & closer with a consistent track record of new business generation and quota achievement.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, market research, and enterprise sales negotiations.
  • Demonstrated success in account management, business development, and relationship management.
  • Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in both remote and office-based settings.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
