What you'll do: Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Insights & Analytics group will...

• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to our client s business problems

• Assist in structuring and conducting market research (qualitative and/or quantitative) and desk research to derive insights and support client decision making, including primary research with HCPs and patients, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and AI-enabled research approaches

• Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
• Manage components of end-to-end research execution, including screeners, discussion guides, fieldwork oversight, and synthesis of findings into clear, story-driven presentations

• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations

• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects

• Support management of program plans, conduct regular client status updates, and assist with risk and issue mitigation to ensure project timelines and goals are met
• Work across pre-launch engagements (segmentation, demand forecasting, campaign strategy, KPI baseline) and post-launch engagements to support full product lifecycle decision-making

• Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities

• M entor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams

What you'll bring

• PhD, Masters or bachelor's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences and social sciences. In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant post- study professional experience will be considered .
• 3-5 years of full-time professional experience
• Strong Excel/MS Suite skills; quantitative/statistical background is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset

• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
