Wilhelmsen is a global leader in Maritime Services, the essential support that keeps the global merchant fleet moving. From operating the largest maritime network and the world's biggest ships agency, to being among the top ten ship managers, and a leading producer and distributor of marine consumables, we help vessels operate safely and efficiently.

We are now looking for a dynamic Strategy Manager to join our ambitious team and make a real impact. As a key player in one of Wilhelmsen’s core business segments, you will actively participate in initiatives to unlock new business opportunities and maximize growth across existing and emerging markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to the development and expansion of our current business portfolio, while scouting for innovative new ventures and partnerships

  • Drive corporate and functional strategy processes that shape the future of the business

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity

  • Participate in M&A processes, joint ventures, and strategic alliances

  • Collaborate closely with diverse business units and senior leadership, reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy, M&A & Growth

What We’re Looking For :

  • A master’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or maritime-related industries

  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

  • A naturally curious and proactive mindset with an open, collaborative approach

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, in Norwegian and English

  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Passion, ambition, and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
