Role Summary: 

Dexcom is seeking a Supply Chain Lead Analyst to work within the EMEA Applications team as part of a global supply chain capability that manages, develops and supports supply chain activities in Oracle e-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

To perform this job successfully you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. As the successful candidate you will be able to:

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with Oracle ERP systems
  • Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications in Oracle EBS and Fusion Supply chain modules including Inventory and Shipping
  • Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and consultation to users, project teams and 3rd parties in the area of expertise.
  • Work with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Ensure compliance with existing regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR
  • Communicate laterally and engage others across the organization

Required Qualifications/Experience: 

The successful candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 years industry experience
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written form. Able to interact with technical IT and business teams at the appropriate level of the audience
  • Expert level knowledge of Oracle EBS Order to Cash Cycle, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Procurement
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.9
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules
  • Experience with EDI Transactions
  • Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of technical team leadership
  • Experience of allocating team members to tasks and resourcing requirements
  • Exposure to Salesforce

Travel Required:

  • 0 to 10%

Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
