As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Supply Chain Planning Process Manager will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.
Accountabilities:

  • Drive and implement technology and process solution design for their specific area of focus for our Great Britain Region in collaboration with the global team.
  • Ensure adequate testing is completed for specific area of focus.
  • Recognize change management requirements and partner with organizational change management team to develop plan and manage the change process.
  • In collaboration with the global team, bring internal perspectives, external benchmarks, and industry trends to solution design for GB Region to create an industry-leading technology solution.
  • Translate business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solution design and the globally consistent S&OP process.
  • Engage with global and regional subject matter experts in their specific area of focus and incorporate feedback into the overall solution design.
  • Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system.
  • Provide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain planning or related experience
  • Knowledgeable on process mapping and design
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across several functions and regions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action
  • Experience with successful deployment of ERP and/or planning technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.)

  • Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.
  • Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.

About the team.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, Great Britain, the successful candidate will represent a the Supply Chain Planning Process function (e.g., demand planning, aggregate supply planning, detailed scheduling) throughout the implementation of best-in-class technology. They will be the subject matter expert in this field and will link all solution design decisions to the globally consistent process. This critical team member will need to step in, roll up their sleeves, and get into the details of solution design.
