Our Supply Team is the engine of our product. Here you will be responsible for planning and ensuring delivery of high-quality, high-volume data for our annotation and data labeling projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create solid project plans to deliver customer projects with a focus on delivering high-quality data sets on time.
  • Work with colleagues in the supply team to build a provisioning and delivery plan, ensuring that the right resources are ready and able to deliver at the right stage.
  • Resource planning – ensuring that resources (BPOs, Writers, Editors, Subject Matter Experts, Annotation Teams etc,), have available resources to complete tasks on time.
  • Delivery – collaborating with colleagues in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and other areas to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of the end product.
  • Establish and monitor project milestones, ensuring that all internal stakeholders have clear goals, and capture and resolve any issues that may affect the delivery plan.
  • Continuous Improvement – Constantly seek out and implement ways to streamline and/or automate processes. This is always important, we need an attitude of ‘not settling for the status quo
  • Create clear and useful tracking tools, funnels and dashboards.
  • Proactively evaluate and manage risks concerning project delivery.



Requirements

  • Very strong professional communication skills, able to influence people and explain needs clearly.
  • Good Business English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong Project Management skills working in a relevant area (Business Operations/Delivery/Annotation/Data Labeling, Crowdsourcing etc).
  • Experience working in a technical environment, able to understand technical products and work with a complex technical product.
  • Able to demonstrate successful completion of several fast moving time sensitive projects.
  • Good track record of analysing and solving problems effectively.
  • Positive ‘get stuff done’ attitude, focusing on results.
