Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to drive executive, leadership, and critical talent hiring across Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market. This role will play a key part in shaping our talent strategy, strengthening our employer brand, and building diverse talent pipelines that fuel the company's long-term growth.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for leading and executing recruiting strategies across multiple countries in Latin America and the United States, with a particular focus on the U.S. Hispanic consumer goods market.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders, partnering closely with HR and leadership teams to identify, attract, assess, and hire high-impact talent across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, technology, finance, and executive leadership functions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic talent thinking with strong execution capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record recruiting within multinational consumer goods organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with Grupo Mariposa's growth agenda across Latin America and the U.S.
  • Partner with executive leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into workforce and hiring strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and succession-sensitive positions.
  • Lead executive search initiatives for Director, VP, General Manager, and C-Level positions.

Regional Recruitment Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and business units.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Implement recruiting best practices, assessment methodologies, and selection processes.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to strengthen leadership representation across the organization.

U.S. Hispanic Market Expertise

  • Develop sourcing and talent mapping strategies focused on the U.S. Hispanic consumer goods ecosystem.
  • Build relationships with key talent pools across beverage, food, retail, distribution, consumer health, and adjacent industries.
  • Leverage knowledge of Hispanic leadership networks and multicultural talent communities.
  • Support the attraction of bilingual and bicultural leadership talent capable of operating across the U.S. and Latin America.

Talent Intelligence & Market Mapping

  • Conduct talent benchmarking, market intelligence, and organizational mapping exercises.
  • Develop insights on compensation trends, talent availability, competitor movements, and emerging capabilities.
  • Use workforce analytics and recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on talent decisions.
  • Influence hiring strategies through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external executive search partners when appropriate.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Talent Management.
  • Proven experience leading regional recruitment initiatives across multiple Latin American countries.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for multinational consumer goods, beverage, food, retail, distribution, or related industries.
  • Strong track record hiring senior leadership and executive-level talent.
  • Experience partnering directly with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience designing talent attraction and workforce planning strategies.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets across Latin America.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct recruiting experience within the United States Hispanic market.
  • Experience attracting bilingual and bicultural leadership talent.
  • Background in FMCG/CPG organizations such as beverage, food, consumer products, retail, or distribution companies.
  • Experience conducting talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and executive assessments.
  • Experience working within matrixed, multinational organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and talent analytics solutions.
