Job Description

What does the role involve?

As our Editorial TA Lead, you will oversee c500 roles annually across our regional and national news brands. In addition to managing recruitment activities, you'll lead editorial project initiatives as needed and build strong relationships with key editorial senior managers to drive collaboration and influence. You'll present monthly data on team performance, including key talent acquisition metrics, and analyse this data to identify trends and implement improvements.
