About the job 

Our team and your role:

This role in the Chief Talent Office COE reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, Budapest & Barcelona HUBs will be part of the Barcelona Hub Talent Acquisition Team.

Sanofi ‘Hubs’ are where our key strategic business operations are hosted providing centralised services across Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D and more. Our Ambition: deliver best-in-class enterprise services enabling Sanofi to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~21K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi. Your role will be responsible for managing positions within one of the business units of Hub’s location in Barcelona, Spain.

Main responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sanofi Barcelona Hub, your expertise in talent acquisition management, hiring strategies, service delivery and your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be critical to meet the Hub talent needs and drive business success.

  • You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, Budapest & Barcelona HUBs in shaping the Recruitment Strategy for the assigned positions aligned with the Business and Talent Strategy.

  • Managing E2E recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope, which includes working with the sourcing team, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates. Drive a strong talent assessment process to ensure delivery of the best talent.

  • Proactively share the Talent and Market intelligence reports to stakeholders and then develop an effective hiring strategy accordingly.

  • Own and lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for the assigned positions and ensure continuous improvement of quality of hires, time to hire with a strong focus on Hiring Managers and Candidate Experience.

  • Work closely with local business P&C & TA Partners, stakeholders, talent management, communication, and procurement to ensure alignment, continuous improvement and understanding of recruitment operations. You will be a member of the Sanofi global TA Network and manage team.

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with functional heads and key collaborators to ensure talent acquisition remains a key focus area in strategic planning.

  • Support in creating Employee Value Proposition (EVP) relevant to the hub, in collaboration with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and hub employer branding team.

  • You will work closely with Country Talent Management team to ensure that we have a holistic view of the best available internal and external talent.

  • You will bring in a “data driven approach” and showcase ROI through impactful metrics and maintain data compliance across TA systems and tools (Workday, Job boards, social media etc).

About you

As a company, we have identified our “Sanofi Hubs” as a key investment area. In this role, you can come in and Manage Talent Acquisition for entire recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope of Barcelona Hub.

You will bring in:

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition role, with strong focus on local employment market dynamics, with bachelor’s degree

  • Experience of GBS (Global Business Services) organizations is a strong plus

  • Subject matter expert and innovator in talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing/insourcing

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and running TA projects across businesses and geographies.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of recruiting methods, assessment and selection, recruitment marketing / Employer Brand activation and Talent Intelligence

  • Good Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong presence as a Trusted Advisor with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition impacts the business.

  • Solution oriented attitude with the right balance of innovation and “pragmatic creativity”

  • High collaboration, engagement, and customer focus in a matrix environment

  • English & Spanish fluency
