Our TA team consists of ambitious, driven and quality focused talent experts based in Athens. We share our passion in seeking and spotting top talents. Our goal is to support our company in its growth by identifying and hiring aspiring efooders, while focusing on providing exceptional candidate experience and delivering strong talent to our departments. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us! 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future roles.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.

  • Ensure a fair, inclusive, and unbiased hiring process in alignment with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) best practices.

  • Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.

  • Participate in and lead talent acquisition projects, improving processes and enhancing candidate engagement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

  • Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership teams.

  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other talent attraction strategies.

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems) 

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
