Ready to make a real impact in a global organisation while helping shape the future of our people? Sime is looking for a proactive and energised Talent Development Advisor to join our team in South Brisbane.

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our Talent, Leadership and Organisational Development programs—supporting everything from design and delivery to reporting, logistics, and continuous improvement. Expect variety, collaboration, and the chance to influence meaningful development experiences across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the design, delivery and coordination of Leadership and OD programs
  • Coordinating our Graduate and Mentoring Programs, including engagement, tracking and reporting
  • Managing logistics for leadership training—vendors, materials, catering, communications and payments
  • Assisting with Talent Reviews and quarterly reporting on promotions, exits and development outcomes
  • Producing accurate Talent and OD reports and insights for the business
  • Managing training attendance tracking, surveys and feedback analysis
  • Administering DISC profiles and Hogan 360 assessments
  • Managing program scheduling in our LMS (SuccessFactors and Workday)
  • Keeping our Leader’s Toolkit and Team Intranet content updated and engaging
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the Talent & Leadership team
