Taboola is looking for a driven and ambitious Team Lead to join our Global Growth Advertiser Account Management team in London, focusing on the UK and French markets. The Growth department is at the core of Taboola’s success, helping advertisers grow through innovative strategies and delivering measurable impact.

This is an exciting step into management, where you’ll be expected to lead by example. You’ll combine hands-on account management with guiding a client-facing team: overseeing campaign success, driving commercial growth, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets. Acting as both player and coach, you’ll manage key client relationships, uncover upsell opportunities, and inspire your team to do the same. Your leadership and strategic skills will directly strengthen advertiser partnerships and fuel long-term growth at Taboola.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • Native or professional fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • 4+ years’ client-facing experience with a proven record of commercial success
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlikview)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners

A track record of operational excellence and delivering impact at scale

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in ad tech, social media marketing, or performance advertising
  • Knowledge of media buying KPIs (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with sales and campaign management tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, etc.)
  • E-commerce/Shopify or vertical-specific experience
  • People management background (hiring, onboarding, performance reviews)
  • Hands-on campaign management with +$100K budgets across Google Ads, Facebook, Snap, Criteo, Taboola, or Outbrain
  • Experience with measurement platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Visual IQ, Tealium, AppsFlyer, Adjust)

Agency-side experience and a strong regional network

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead and inspire: recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing Account Management team
  • Drive performance: ensure campaign success, identify upsell opportunities, and manage effective pipelines
  • Meet and exceed targets: deliver on quarterly revenue goals and new business objectives
  • Coach and develop: support your team with best practices, continuous feedback, and escalation management
  • Work cross-functionally: collaborate with Sales, Product, BI, Marketing, and Operations to boost productivity and client success
  • Shape advertiser strategies: design data-driven media plans that help clients reach their objectives

Stay on top of the numbers: deliver accurate forecasting, regular reviews, and reporting on key accounts
Represent Taboola: attend industry events, strengthen client relationships, and build Taboola’s market presence.
