What is the key purpose of a Team Lead, People Ops Shared Service Centre?

As a Team Lead in our People Ops Shared Service Centre, you will lead a team of People Ops Administrators in providing seamless HR support across multiple global locations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the team’s day-to-day operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and accurately. What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As the Team Lead, People Operations Shared Service Centre, you will:

  • Supervise and guide a team of People Operations Administrators to ensure high-quality HR service delivery across multiple locations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee queries and process-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Develop your team’s capabilities by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive excellence.
  • Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Oversee HR data integrity and accuracy in systems, supporting data entry, reporting, and compliance audits.
