Job description

We’re hiring our next Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive hiring efforts during an exciting phase of growth. Operating as a true "player-coach," you will drive the end-to-end recruitment for critical and senior roles while simultaneously managing, mentoring, and developing a small team of 1-2 talent professionals. As Akeneo continues to scale globally, this role offers a clear path to transition into a full Talent Acquisition Manager role based on business growth and team expansion.

  • Hands-on Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process across regions for senior, niche, and business-critical roles ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

  • Team Coaching: Mentor, and support 1–2 talent partners/contractors; set clear performance targets, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster their professional development.

  • Strategic Hiring Partnership: Partner closely with leadership and department heads to forecast headcount needs, build talent pipelines, and align hiring strategies with business goals.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on key TA metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline diversity) to optimize the regional recruitment funnel and present insights to leadership.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and global people teams to champion Akeneo’s employer brand and culture within the global tech and commercial ecosystems.

  • TA Operations: Own and optimize the recruitment tech stack (LinkedIn, Teamtailor, employer branding platforms, and AI tools); manage vendor relationships, lead team/company enablement on new features, and conduct regular market analysis on new innovations.

  • Collaboration with People Experience: Work hand-in-hand with People Partners, People Ops and Total Rewards to ensure alignment on role levelling, offers and a smooth and efficient onboarding as well as wider People Experience projects.

What we look for
  • You have a solid background in full-cycle recruitment within the software industry, gained through in-house experience in fast-paced environments.

  • You have a player-coach mentality with demonstrated experience or strong readiness to manage a small team while maintaining a high individual output on senior requisitions.

  • You have proven experience hiring in different countries in Europe and the US.

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills and can build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited by the prospect of scaling a role from a hands-on lead into a broader management position.

You don't need to tick every box. We strongly encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. If you are excited about this opportunity but your experience is slightly different, we still want to hear from you!

Interview process
  1. 45-minute interview our Chief People Experience Officer

  2. 45-minute interview with a People Partner
