As a Travel & Spend Implementation Team Lead you will lead and energize our Perk Travel & Spend Implementation Team, the group responsible for bringing newly signed clients live on the Perk platform.
This is a high-impact role within the Revenue organization. Your work directly fuels ARR growth and most importantly improves our customer satisfaction through reducing time to onboard and driving 7 star service. Always!
You’ll ensure implementations run smoothly, quickly, and with quality — so clients start seeing value from Perk as fast as possible.
We’re looking for a leader who can balance speed with excellence: someone who builds strong processes, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and keeps the team aligned with Perk’s values. You’ll own performance across key implementation KPIs, from customer satisfaction to operational efficiency.
What you will do:
Lead & grow the team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–10 Implementation Specialists, helping them grow their skills, confidence, and impact.Inspire high performance
Create a positive, results-driven environment where people feel motivated, supported, and proud of what they deliver. Encourage innovation, celebrate wins, and raise the bar continuously.Own customer implementations
Take full accountability for implementations delivered by your team. Ensure customers are onboarded accurately, efficiently, and start actively using the platform as quickly as possible.Be the first line of escalation
Support your team through challenges by handling first-level escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers stay confident in Perk.Partner cross-functionally
Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless handoffs, clear expectations, and implementations that meet both client and business goals.Elevate implementation excellence
Use your experience to mentor your team on leading end-to-end implementations. Ensure projects stay on track, meet timelines, and maintain a high quality bar.Drive operational excellence
Build and refine processes that make implementations more efficient, scalable, and consistent — supporting a fast-growing, volume-driven business.Be KPI-driven
Own and report on core performance metrics across your team, using data to identify improvements and drive results.Lead through change
Guide your team through evolving processes, tools, and customer needs. Ensure changes are adopted smoothly and confidently.
What you will need:
Mandatory to have:
Proven experience managing and developing people (min. 2 years).
Strong operational and project management background.
Solid experience with customer communication, stakeholder management, and escalations.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on accountability, motivation, and team development.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong plus if you have:
Experience with SaaS implementations, especially the Travel Module.
Experience in FinTech/ Finance.
Experience in ERP implementations.

How We Work
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
