We are continually focused on researching and improving our infrastructure to extract maximum APR while enhancing security. For instance, in ETH and SOL, our NRR is on average 10% higher than the market, and in DOT, it's 20% higher.

We also place significant focus and resources on launching new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, and others, along with yield products. From restaking, where we are the largest operator with a 20+% market share, to yield aggregators on stablecoins.

Our clients include BitGo, Copper, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, SBI, and others, who choose us for our client-centric approach and extensive product line from unified API to widgets and custom dApps.

We are also actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

P2P.org unites talented individuals globally.

Despite our distributed team, we share a passion for decentralized finance - a fairer system for all. We code, learn, create, and connect to shape finance's future.

P2P.org boasts a strong reputation and network. We prioritize customer satisfaction and, as tech enthusiasts, develop innovative solutions that bolster our brand.

Who we are looking for 🔍

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform to drive the platformization of our product suite and build scalable infrastructure services that empower all product teams. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product strategy — ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who can translate platform vision into modular, reusable components.

You will 🚀
  • Lead the development of core platform services that enable scalability and reusability across multiple P2P product lines (API, SDK, Widget, Hub, etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to design and deliver modular infrastructure components such as an API gateway and common authentication and identity layers.

  • Own the chain and account abstraction layers, simplifying multi-chain operations and empowering internal teams to integrate new networks faster and more efficiently.

  • Partner with other Product Managers to ensure platform components support product growth, performance, and interoperability.

  • Define and track platform metrics focused on performance, developer experience, and internal adoption.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, bridging the gap between engineering and business needs.

  • Conduct research on emerging infrastructure trends (modularity, service orchestration, cross-chain scalability) and feed insights into the platform roadmap.

  • Champion platform reliability, security, and observability, ensuring high availability and consistent developer experience.

You have 🤓
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in platform or infrastructure product teams.

  • Proven track record of building or managing core platform services, SDKs, or developer tools at scale.

  • Strong technical background — understanding API gateways, auth systems, distributed architectures, and event-driven systems.

  • Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers on architectural decisions. Background in software engineering or DevOps is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated success in platformization or internal developer platform initiatives.

  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, staking, and smart contract platforms (Ethereum experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with account and chain abstraction in different blockchain ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Fluent in English.

At P2P.org we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture. Together we gain experience and make dreams come true!

  • Fully remote

  • Full-time contractor (Indefinite-term Consultancy Agreement)

  • Competitive salary level in $ (we can also pay in crypto)

  • Paid vacation and sick leave

  • Well-being program

  • Mental Health care program

  • Compensation for education, including foreign language & professional growth courses

  • Equipment & co-working reimbursement program

  • Overseas conferences, community immersion

P2P.org is committed to providing equal opportunities. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or disability.
