  • Radical Clarity: From our SOWs to our code, we value clear communication that eliminates ambiguity.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale, high-impact enterprise platform in a highly technical and regulated industry.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate confidently in front of senior operational and technical leadership. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex platform development projects and can bridge business, engineering, and operational teams effectively.

This is a strategic role with high visibility and long-term growth potential.

Requirements
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale technical platform, from planning through execution and launch.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into structured project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to manage technical scope, architecture discussions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and alignment.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, particularly within complex and technically demanding environments.
  • Facilitate structured ceremonies, reporting, and executive updates.
  • Ensure high delivery standards, documentation quality, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and client-side operational teams.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience managing platform-based or enterprise system development projects.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure concepts, scalability considerations, and security best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus).

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical or platform-based projects.
  • Strong technical understanding (ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders).
  • Proven experience working with highly technical clients or operational leaders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level systems, platforms, or infrastructure-heavy solutions.
  • Strong risk management and structured delivery mindset.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work closely with client stakeholders and engage in periodic on-site collaboration when required.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation based on your skills and experience.
  • Daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team on impactful projects.
  • No micromanagement – we focus on results, not bureaucracy.
  • Work that truly matters, with real challenges and measurable impact.
  • Clear growth opportunities for driven, reliable professionals.
