Technical Success Manager – UK - Remote 

Nasuni is hiring a Technical Success Manager (TSM) to join our growing Customer Success Team.  TSMs at Nasuni are assigned individual portfolios of customers, helping them achieve their business outcomes leveraging our offerings.  You will need a thirst to go above and beyond every day delivering Nasuni Pathway, our customer program.

You will become a trusted resource to your customers providing leadership and technical guidance ensuring best practice is presented and adopted.  This alignment will prove critical to meeting business goals and KPIs of your customers, leveraging your own technical skills to your customers’ advantage.

This role comes with a significant degree of trust and responsibility due to the rapid growth here at Nasuni.  This will require the experience of someone who is accustomed to varying degrees of autonomous working but equally can deliver on collaboration and teamwork without giving it a second thought.  This role is remote therefore your ability to engage with customers at all levels will be critical in this role.

TSMs at Nasuni provide technical advice and as such, you should have some enterprise experience.  Our customer base is wide and varied utilising many technologies and whilst you will lead from a CIFS/SMB storage perspective you will be charged with seeking areas for growth encouraging greater use of Nasuni.  Recent experience in Linux, Enterprise File Systems, On-Premises and Cloud Virtualisation Technologies such as Azure, AWS, ESX, and GCP is critical. Your ability to create, present and deliver technical advice and guidance in an articulate manner will be crucial to your success.

Be prepared to be challenged, to meet regularly with your customers and drive continued success and recognising value by using adopted best practices in their day-to-day operations.  Tracking and addressing ongoing issues, action items, feature requests, and improvements.   You will need to learn each customer environment at the same time whilst building a sustainable relationship and advocating on their behalf internally beyond that of Customer Success but equally ensuring a cohesive, collaborative and successful team culture approach.

As the Technical Success Manager (TSM), you will

  • Be self-motivated, thirsty for success with an addiction for customer satisfaction
  • Build, adopt and maintain a direct relationship with your customers, be their single point of contact and shape their Nasuni journey
  • Deliver Nasuni Pathway including technical reviews, health checks, telemetry guidance.
  • Shape and be the conduit for all communications to your customers ensuring they are always tuned in on the latest benefits and developments of the Nasuni offering
  • Monitor, steer or escalate as necessary support incidents, bugs, enhancement or feature requests
  • Derive existing use cases, deep dive and provide cost savings whilst protecting end-user customer experience
  • Promote continuous improvement within the team, to develop innovative offerings for our customers
  • Any other duties, reasonably expected with the role to meet business need

Required skills + experience we look for are…

  • Outstanding communication skills, bottom to top ability to engage and succeed
  • 3+ years recent experience in an enterprise IT customer-facing role
  • History of driving success with a can-do attitude to tasks
  • Excellent project / task tracking skills, including journey mapping
  • Appetite to learn and develop in a small team of trusted advocates
  • A good understanding of the enterprise software space and data centre infrastructure technologies but in particular CIFS/SMB/NFS storage
  • A good technical knowledge of Active Directory, Storage On-Prem and Public Cloud, Security, Encryption, TCP/IP Networking, Virtualization.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, tools, and system administration, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Windows, OSX
