Our Team and What We'll Accomplish Together

We are looking for an Technical Support Analyst (Operations Specialist) to join our Integration team at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a long-term career within a leading technical service and operations function, in a highly visible and customer-facing role.

Our team delivers seamless middleware integration solutions for our B2B partners, connecting client back-end systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, MYOB and Xero to our integration technology, including Interlok™. As part of TELUS, we combine deep technical expertise with the scale and innovation of a global organisation, enabling thousands of electronic trading connections worldwide.

Working within our service and operations environment, you will analyse, diagnose and resolve technical issues - from mapping errors and lookup updates to system failures - while supporting integration projects and collaborating across support tiers. The role blends technical problem solving with stakeholder communication, ensuring our customers receive reliable, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

  • Analysing & triaging customer issues and ensuring the correct requests are dealt with by Tier the Tier 1 team or escalated to Tier 2 engineers.
  • Reading and understanding Interlok™ configuration and XSLT mappings for troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and participating in customer calls where necessary
  • Proactive monitoring, making sure our systems and the Proagrica Network are operating without any faults, identifying errors before customers report them.
  • Debugging Java stack traces and analysing log files.
  • Inspecting and reading XSLT mappings.
  • Tracking and tracing through messages reported by customers or which are flagged up on dashboards to find the root cause.
  • Working with a variety of protocols for example AS2, SFTP, X400, SMTP
