- Monitor and optimize production application environments to ensure readiness for business, operations, and clients
- Collaborate with technology, business, and operations teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Drive automation and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and reduce manual tasks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address challenges and provide timely updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and support teams
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in technical support or similar roles, preferably in applications support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse, global teams
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for technology
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
- Proactive, adaptive, independent, and self-managing with the ability to lead initiatives
- Willingness to adapt to changes in work requirements, roles, and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proficiency in Unix, SQL, scripting, and Python
- Experience with cloud-based technology solutions
- Familiarity with batch or job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys
- Experience using monitoring tools such as Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Splunk
- Understanding of financial markets and trading systems
