Job Summary:
As a Technology Support Lead in the Equities Prime Financial Services Production Management team, you will help maintain the stability, availability, and performance of key applications. You will support product flows across Futures and Options, Credit, Rates, and FX, from Exchange connectivity to client reporting. You will work in a collaborative environment that values communication and continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will help drive automation and innovation. You will play a vital role in connecting business and technology to deliver outstanding results.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and optimize production application environments to ensure readiness for business, operations, and clients
  • Collaborate with technology, business, and operations teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
  • Drive automation and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and reduce manual tasks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address challenges and provide timely updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and support teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in technical support or similar roles, preferably in applications support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse, global teams
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
  • Proactive, adaptive, independent, and self-managing with the ability to lead initiatives
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in work requirements, roles, and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Proficiency in Unix, SQL, scripting, and Python
  • Experience with cloud-based technology solutions
  • Familiarity with batch or job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys
  • Experience using monitoring tools such as Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Splunk
  • Understanding of financial markets and trading systems
