What this job involves:

As a Technology Transformation Director at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation initiatives that enhance our ability to deliver exceptional client outcomes. You'll be at the forefront of designing & implementing change strategies that help teams navigate complex transitions while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the technical aspects of project delivery with the human elements of organizational change. You'll be taking a hands-on approach throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across our business to ensure transformation initiatives are executed smoothly and adopted successfully. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead end-to-end tech and/or organization transformation programs from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Launch new projects without much data, starting from a blank sheet of paper
  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies that address stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training needs, and adoption metrics
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored approaches that minimize disruption while maximizing value realization
  • Facilitate organizational design initiatives, including the design of target operating models, to support evolving business needs
  • Manage complex, multi-workstream projects using established project management methodologies, tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resources
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and impact of transformation initiatives across all organizational levels
  • Provide regular detailed reporting on project status, calling out critical milestones, escalations, and risks. Propose mitigation strategies and ‘path to green’ for identified risks / issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Produce and deliver impactful presentations that secure buy-in on recommendations and supports teams through change
  • Concurrently manage multiple projects / workstreams in various phases of development, covering a variety of subject matters
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations
  • Working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually, across several time zones, in a highly dynamic organization.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or organizational development roles within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Relentless and tenacious drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in project and program management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
  • Strong technical project management skills including proficiency with project planning tools, resource management, and governance frameworks
  • Understanding of organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) with success applying them in real-world scenarios
  • Experience in organizational design including role definition, workforce planning, and operating model development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead broad change management efforts that span technology implementation, process transformation, and cultural shifts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and ability to leverage complex data to develop solutions that drive improvements

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in change management (Prosci, CCMP) or project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)
  • Experience working within face-paced professional services industries such Consulting
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives including system implementations, automation, and data analytics
  • Track record of coaching and developing change management capabilities within organizations
  • Experience facilitating workshops, and leadership alignment sessions for large audiences
  • An excellent level of English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
