YOUR NEW POSITION
Plan, design, evaluate and manage compensation and benefits programs, such as salary administration, short and long-term incentives, job evaluation system, performance evaluation, retirement plans and contracting of life, health and insurance.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and manage the company's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it is competitive and sustainable.
Analyze and evaluate market trends and internal data to make recommendations on changes in compensation and benefits policies and practices.
Collaborate with company leaders to understand their needs and objectives, and develop compensation and benefits programs that support them.
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including vendor management, communication with employees, and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience and training:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
Demonstrable experience in managing compensation and benefits on a global level.
Previous experience in implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs.
Solid knowledge in labor legislation and taxation applicable to compensation and benefits plans.
Hard skills:
Demonstrable experience in similar roles of compensation and benefits, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
Deep knowledge of labor and tax laws related to compensation and benefits.
Advanced skills in the use of human resources software and information management systems.
Soft skills:
Analysis and problem-solving: Identifies and defines problems, determines their causes, prioritizes and selects the most appropriate solutions for each case. In addition, implements them, always considering their long-term implications.
Collaboration, teamwork, and communication: Works with others in an interdependent way, valuing personal and cultural differences, prioritizing team goals and organizational priorities. Actively listens and communicates positively, establishing trust relationships.
Results orientation: Achieves the objectives and priorities established with the highest quality and within the agreed deadlines. Monitors progress and takes measures in case of possible deviations.
