About the team:

Join a global team of highly skilled experts in learning and development, spread across multiple countries. This team collaborates to create impactful training programs that meet the needs of diverse clients worldwide. This is a global role that involves frequent travel.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to gather requirements before beginning design work.

  • Design and update training modules focused on product training for both Professional Services and Partners/Client training.

  • Create face-to-face training modules with clear objectives, agendas, and scripts for trainers/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Develop digital modules using various tools, such as Articulate Storyline/RISE, including training scripts and workbooks.

  • Ensure digital modules are uploaded and accessible on WeLearn.

  • Integrate diverse learning styles (Pragmatist, Reflector, Activist, Theorist) into training design.

  • Research topics thoroughly to ensure a well-informed design process.

  • Manage content delivery timelines to meet key milestones.

  • Adapt existing training programs for different audiences as needed.

  • Stay up to date with new product functionality and revise training content accordingly.

  • Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually via MS Teams.

  • Provide training on product implementation, soft skills, business processes, best practices, and customer experience.

  • Coordinate with delivering trainers/SMEs, schedule sessions, and handle delegate arrangements and documentation.

  • Maintain and set up Sandboxes for new joiners and other relevant training needs.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels and implement improvements, reporting trends.

  • Manage the accreditation process for learning solutions, develop pass/fail policies, and administer badges.

  • Oversee the Global Training calendar for CATR and collaborate with other L&D teams across divisions for knowledge sharing and consistency.

  • Adhere to governance protocols, record progress, and update project plans as necessary.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborate with content owners/SMEs, and provide updates on learning requirements.

What you bring:

  • Recognized L&D qualification and experience as a seasoned L&D professional.

  • In-depth knowledge of Trading processes, financial systems, and best practices in learning design.

  • Proficiency in the training cycle, including design, delivery, and evaluation.

  • Experience in creating e-learning/multimedia content using tools like Articulate Storyline, RISE, or Camtasia.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with AI solutions in training contexts.

  • Skills in financial systems or experience in similar product, process, and soft skills training roles.
