The Learning Team at ClickHouse is growing fast as more and more users discover the power of ClickHouse and need to understand how to use it effectively. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and supporting the organization's logistics and administration of global training programs. You will also ensure the seamless execution of training events (in-person, virtual, and self-paced), maintain training materials, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the ClickHouse Academy learning experience. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Schedule and organize training events (virtual and in-person) for a global audience, including website registration, Zoom setup, email communications, and Learning Management System (LMS) configuration 
  • Coordinate training logistics across multiple regions, such as staffing an event, preparing training material, and communicating with staff and attendees 
  • Manage and maintain the LMS by troubleshooting technical issues, uploading training material, and customizing the platform to ensure a seamless and consistent learning experience for internal and external learners worldwide
  • Track and report training metrics, learner progress, and program outcomes to stakeholders 
  • Collaborate and partner with various teams within the organization, such as Sales, Marketing, etc., to identify and execute on various training needs   

What you bring along:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, operations, or a related role
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Marketing Automation Software (Marketo)
  • Proficient with Online Communication Platforms (Zoom) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across various time zones simultaneously 
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communicator, and process management abilities
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively
  • A self-motivated attitude that provides you with the desire and determination to complete tasks in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus points: 

  • Experience with video editing (Camtasia) and video hosting tools (Vimeo) 
  • Knowledge of online training authoring tools (Articulate Rise)
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Curriculum Design and/or Project Management background
