As a Clinical Systems Translations Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our electronic solutions are linguistically validated and regulatory-ready across diverse global studies. What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and manage all translation-related tasks for assigned studies, including internal and external coordination.

  • Lead screenshot development and proofreading, ensuring quality control across deliverables.

  • Manage translation vendors, project budgets, and timelines, escalating issues as needed.

  • Facilitate client-facing meetings and communications, including CRO and vendor interactions.

  • Provide SME guidance on linguistic validation, EC/IRB submission strategies, and copyright holder management.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues impacting translation builds and train vendors on technical file usage.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor new team members.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

  • Proven ability to meet timelines and collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Experience in regulated environments; life sciences or translations industry preferred.

  • Familiarity with software development processes.
