So, what will you be doing?- The Bally’s Intralot Treasury Team is hiring an interim Treasury Manager – Back Office to provide maternity cover for at least 7 months, with potential to extend.
- Managing the Treasury Back Office activities, including payment approvals, daily player liability reporting, monitoring BACS credit limits and supporting the AP function.
- Banking administration – overseeing the banking platforms and cards administration and managing system user queries and audits.
- Compliance and controls – coordinating with the business to complete bank KYC/AML/audit compliance requests, monitoring Treasury controls business-wide and performing iGaming regulatory technical reviews as required.
- Treasury Systems – ensuring the maintenance and on-going development of the Treasury Management System and associated Treasury systems and being the primary escalation point for Treasury systems queries and support.
- Team management – managing the Treasury Back Office team in Malta, leading by example and empowering the team to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
- Support – providing expert advice relating to Treasury matters to the business and assisting with Treasury and cross-functional initiatives and projects as required.
- Challenging - identifying opportunities to develop processes, controls and reporting.
- Possess relevant Treasury / Finance / Accounting qualifications.
- Possess prior experience as a manager in a Treasury Back Office team preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Possess Treasury systems (e.g. Kyriba) implementation and administration experience.
- Able to demonstrate leadership and a “controls” mid-set.
- Able to provide expert Treasury advice, proactively identify issues and suggest solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in thriving in a changeable environment.
